Q: Are utilities included in the monthly rent?

A: All of our properties with the exception of The Meadows at Essex have heat, water, electric and parking included. At The Meadows, electricity is not included and is metered to each individual apartment.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: All of our properties are SMOKE-FREE. There are designated areas outside each building for smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the building including patios, decks, balconies, garages, main entrances, etc.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Each property has different restrictions regarding pets. Please call our office to ask about our pet policies.

Q: Is there covered parking?

A: We do have underground parking at each location. However, some of our locations do have a waiting list for the underground spaces as they are limited.

Q: How long do I have to sign a lease for?

A: The initial lease period is for one year. After the one year is done, the lease is then on a month to month basis.

Q: How much money is required when I move-in?

A: We require a security deposit to reserve the unit once an applicant is approved, this is equal to one month rent. When the lease is signed and the keys are handed over to the tenant, that is the first day of rent charged. This amount may be pro-rated depending on the day of the month the lease is dated.

Q: What is the application process?

A: Applicants must fill out an 802 Rental Application and submit to our main office. We then do a national credit and background check. After the checks are completed, our Senior Property Manager will pre-approve the application based on income and other requirements that pertain to each property.
